Our return and refund policies
We do not accept returns due to second thoughts
Since all our products are customized and made to order (print on demand), we cannot return or refund items for reasons such as size, color, design changes, or simple regrets. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this policy allows us to maintain competitive prices without waste!
Returns for defects or damage: how to proceed
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly ordered product (e.g., a clearly incorrect print), we're happy to help! Please note that small imperfections in the print are normal in the custom production process. We tolerate minor variations, such as shifts of up to 1 inch (about 2.5 cm), slight color differences, or hairlines, which are not considered defects. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and order details. We'll open a claim with our printing partner. If a significant defect is confirmed, you'll receive a full refund or a free replacement (including shipping). Please do not return anything without our authorization!
Orders not received or lost
If your package doesn't arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately with your tracking number. We'll process the claim with the carrier and, if the loss is confirmed, process a refund or reshipment. We'll keep you updated via email on every step of the return process.
Exceptions and important notes
Address errors: If you enter the wrong address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Sizes: Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. We do not accept returns for unsuitable sizes.
All refunds are processed within 7-15 business days on Stripe or PayPal.
